All of the photo's on this site are available to purchase as Royalty Free images.

Once payment for an image or set of images has been recieved, the buyer will be sent a link via email enabling them to download the purchased image(s). This link will remain live for 7 days commencing the date following the date of the email. It is the responsibiliy of the buyer to download their purchased images during that 7 day period.

"Royalty Free" does not mean that the photographer won't be paid for the sale of this image. It means that image buyers pay a fixed price for the photo, no matter how it will be used.

Under a "Royalty Free" licence, buyers have the flexibility to use the image wherever and as often as they wish. However, they are not allowed to resell or sub-licence the image.

All photos on this web site are managed under the "Royalty Free" licence agreement.

ROYALTY FREE LICENCE AGREEMENT

This Royalty Free Licence Agreement governs the rights and limitations associated with the use of the purchased images which are available through www.chrismartinsmith.co.uk. The terms "image", "photograph", "photo" and "product" are used interchangably in this document and refer to the same thing.


By purchasing a photograph the buyer obtains the right to download a watermark-free image, of an agreed resolution, from this website during a 7 day period from the date of the original purchase. Further, the buyer obtains the non-transferable, non-exclusive perpetual right to reproduce, print, display, adapt, edit, publish or use the the image in any media, an unlimited number of times and for any purpose subject to the restrictions stated below:

Re-selling, distribution or sub-licensing of an image is not permitted, this includes but is not limited to uses such as posters, postcards and calendards where the image forms the main part of a commercial product.
